PP08 box former

Pack Point 08 makes it easy and quick cardboard box forming, which must be inserted with a slight inclination in order to fold the front and rear flaps.

Keeping the box pressed downwards, it must be pushed forward in order to activate, via pneumatic control, the closing of the side flaps.

With these two simple operations all four lower flaps are folded and the box remains locked in position.

Its filling by the operator is extremely easy and can be done with both hands.

A pneumatic control then sends the box to the taping station. PP08 can be combined with a GEM B520 series carton bottom taper so that the box, already formed and with the bottom closed, can be sent towards the filling lines.
