HA 80 automatic handle applicator
Gagliardi imballaggi srl offers four models different in speed: HA25 – HA40 – HA60 – HA80. They allow, respectively, a production of up to 25, 40, 60, 80 packs per minute - PPM -, depending on the size of the pack. The HAs are configurable for use on single or double track lines.
LThe HA Series can also operate in “free passage” mode, allowing packages to pass without the handles being applied.
Characteristics
- Pneumatic label magazine with electronic handle pitch control
- Central handle support magazine for cardboard labels in individual pieces, with a capacity of up to 5,000 pieces, located in the upper part of the machine and equipped with an acoustic warning that signals the lack of labels
- Pneumatic positioning and cutting of the handle on a moving package, with electronic control of the handle length and acoustic warning that signals the absence of the label
