GEM XF520/670 was designed to satisfy the most demanding requests, continuing the construction philosophy of robustness, quality and reliability.
GEM XF520/670, automatic machine for closing and sealing boxes with adhesive tape variable format, performs a series of operations that make it flexible for every use.
Boxes coming from multiple filling lines are conveyed to a single closing station.
The machine automatically closes the four upper flaps of the boxes, self-sizing to their various dimensions.
Subsequently the boxes are sealed with adhesive tape thus completing the working cycle.
Characteristics
- Structure of the machine body in folded, bolted and painted steel sheet, the dragging of the cartons takes place via 2 lower lateral driving belts controlled by a single motor, the adjustments for the different formats are made via handwheels. Supports: with fixed support.
