GEM 520 semi-automatic taping machine

Semi-automatic taping machine that seals the top and bottom of fixed format boxes with manual sizing with adhesive tape.

Gem 520 it is the ideal solution for sealing boxes fixed format and, with the addition of two accessories (Gem 520 Linea), it becomes a practical and complete packing station.

The upper taping unit is equipped with a patented system which allows, by adjusting a spring, to predetermine the weight that will bear on the box and therefore absorb any differences in the height of the boxes.

The advancement of the boxes takes place by means of lateral driving belts controlled by a single motor, thus optimizing to the maximum the uniformity of sliding of the boxes and ensuring perfect alignment of the upper and lower flaps which thus guarantee perfect sealing. The adjustments, via cranks, are easy and quick, allowing them to be used even by non-specialised operators.
