Automatic bundling machine BP 1102AS

The new BP1102 AS automatic wrapping machine with sealing bar and double-chamber tunnel, it stands out for its high versatility and the ability to package packages longer than 2000 mm using only heat-shrink film.

The model is particularly suitable for packaging large items such as boxes, trays, bottles and other rigid products, intended for various industrial sectors: food, beverage, detergents, logistics and manufacturing. Thanks to the variable speed input conveyor belt controlled by inverter, at guides adjustable in height and width, and the ability to function in automatic, semi-automatic or free passage mode, guarantees maximum adaptability to different production lines.

The machine integrates a pneumatic welding bar with safety sensors, a cold blade film cutting system, motorized unwinders (upper and lower) with support rollers and metric scale for centering the coils.

The double-chamber tunnel is equipped with Adjustable air flow via independent deflectors and of patented conveyor belt with fiberglass rods, resistant to up to 30 kg of load, corrosion-free and easy to maintain. The oven is complete with a cooling system and low energy consumption.
