S870, the Bell angular packaging machine

The S range is made up of 2 manual and 2 semi-automatic models and represents Gagliardi Imballaggi's response to the needs of industrial customers looking for production of up to 900 packs/hour.

Among the advantages of the S870: sealing and heat shrinking system in a single operation, production capacity up to 300 pph, PTFE treated sealing blade, rapid adjustment of the height of the packaging plate via external handwheel.

Characteristics

Alphanumeric LCD control panel with 16-bit microprocessor board and solid state relay, which allow simple and accurate control of all ongoing operations.
Movable product holder plate, free from the film reel support for better adaptation of the film to the dimensions of the package to be packaged.
