The latest addition to the family of Instapak® foam-in-a-bag systems, this new solution simplifies the production of Instapak® foam cushions for low-volume operations and addresses customer needs for more versatile, cost-effective solutions.
The Instapak® Simple™ system, easy to install and requires minimal maintenance, is ideal for operations that produce less than 20 packages per day.

The system produces foam cushions without the need for the use of thermal resistors, pumps, external controls and drums which are instead necessary for more traditional systems.

Its small size, and the equipment of a conventional domestic system, also avoids the otherwise expensive investments in energy systems.

The system can be easily moved to multiple packing stations within a manufacturing facility.

It is perfect for cellular work environments as each cell can be served by its own plant instead of having to depend on and flow into a single traditional packaging system.
