Semi-automatic self-sizing taping machine that seals the top and bottom of variable format boxes with self-adhesive tape.
Particularly suitable for box sealing tall and short as the dragging takes place via four belts, two upper and two lower, horizontal and parallel to the work surface.
Gem X350/360 it is particularly suitable in the case of boxes of variable dimensions.
Absolutely innovative and patented is the use of a single motor which simultaneously controls the four driving belts allowing uniform and stable advancement of the boxes.
The speed of the upper and lower belts is indeed mechanically identical.
The upper taping unit is equipped with a patented system which allows, through a pneumatic device, to predetermine the weight that will weigh on the box.
The machine is complete with a cardboard blocking device via lateral mechanical arms.
They keep the box still on the work surface with the lower flaps already folded, thus functioning as a filling station. Gem X350/X360 combined with outfeed conveyors constitutes an effective and economical packing station.
