GEM F520-F670 Automatic taping machine with manual sizing
They automatically fold the four upper flaps and seal the top and bottom of batches of American-style fixed format boxes with self-adhesive tape.
The upper taping unit is equipped with a patented system which allows, by adjusting a spring, to predetermine the weight that will bear on the box and therefore absorb any differences in the height of the boxes.
The advancement of the boxes takes place by means of lateral driving belts controlled by a single engine, thus optimizing to the maximum the uniformity of sliding of the boxes and ensuring perfect alignment of the upper and lower flaps which thus guarantee perfect sealing.
The adjustments, via cranks, are easy and quick allowing its use even by non-specialised operators.
