Manually sized automatic taping machine with GEM F470 flap closer

Automatically folds the four upper flaps and seals the top and bottom of batches of American-style fixed format boxes with self-adhesive tape.

The upper taping unit is equipped with a patented system that allows, by adjusting a spring, to predetermine the weight that will weigh on the box and therefore to absorb any differences in the height of the boxes.

The advancement of the boxes takes place by means of lateral driving belts controlled by a single motor, thus optimizing to the maximum the uniformity of sliding of the boxes and ensuring perfect alignment of the upper and lower flaps which thus guarantee perfect sealing.

The adjustments, via cranks, are easy and quick, allowing them to be used even by non-specialised operators.
